A beautiful digital transfer process with an extremely soft feel without compromising opacity or wash fastness.

It can also be applied to more heat sensitive fabrics such as non-woven bags like the ones used at trade shows and grocery stores. Ideal for imaging t-shirts, sweat shirts, nylon and canvas bags.

Vinyl Decoration:

Vinyl is when a sheet of colour polyurethane (pu) vinyl is cut to produce a design which is then heat applied to the garments.

Vinyl decoration is generally limited to 1 colour such as on the back of a hockey jersey. The artwork is required in a vector format i.e. Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, this artwork format produces the design in lines as opposed to pixels as in a jpeg image.

The image is then etched and cut into the vinyl.
The design is now ready to be applied to the garment using a heat press.

Machine wash and dry.

No set up with supplied artwork.

A great alternative to expensive silk screening

with no set up charge!

ROTARY ENGRAVING

We offer Rotary engraving on Aluminum and Metal and Brass. We use our stock typeset styles only - No logos or special fonts can be used with rotary engraving.

There is no set up or copy change charges with Rotary Engraving.

Rotary engraving is normally done on existing annual trophy plates and shields (supplied). Rotary engraving is also used on the back of medallions as well as on Brass plates when a logo is not required.

EPOXY DOMING

What is Doming?

Doming is a technology by which convex surfaces (domes) are deposited on printed or unprinted vinyl, aluminum or solid shapes.

It is possible to use this technology to raise the effectiveness and the functionality of print, scripts and corporate gifts.

Doming is, thus, outstandingly suitable for assisting in meeting advertising targets and boosting sales.

Epoxy resins are used as the doming material.

Our doming product is water resistant, UV resistant and will not yellow.

Our doming process is done in-house for most quantities so we have complete control over the quality.

Doming provides a high preceive value to your product.

LASER ENGRAVING

We no longer offer In-House Laser Engraving services

However we will make arrangements with all of your newly purchased awards to have them laser engraved for you.

SUBLIMATION

Dye sublimation printing is always done on a polyester, polymer, or polymer coated item. At high temperatures, the solid dye converts into a gas without ever becoming a liquid. The same high temperature opens the pores of the polymer and allows the gas to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverts to a solid state. It has now become a part of the polymer. For this reason true dye sublimation cannot be done on natural materials such as 100% cotton. Natural fibres and non-coated materials have no "pores" to open.

WHAT CAN BE SUBLIMATION PRINTED?
We can sublimation print onto a wide variety of items provided that the surface is suitable for sublimation printing. Everyday Specialties offers both 'hard' and 'soft' items that are suitable for sublimation printing.

Hard items include specially coated name badges, mugs, plaques, metal plates, keyrings and more!

Soft items include polyester mouse pads, tote bags, crests, pennants, ribbons, and more!

WILL WE PRINT YOUR SUPPLIED PRODUCT?

FABRIC: We can print on your supplied 100% Polyester t'shirts, polo shirts, aprons or blank fabric.

White fabric only - NO colours! Max imprint per area is 12.75" x 18.75".

If you have a heat press, we can also provide you with sublimation transfers.

A sublimation print on a suitable polyester fabric is permanent, feels like part of the fabric with no 'hand'.

Will not crack, peel or fade. Machine wash and dry.

TROPHY PLATES: We will print trophy and plaque plates. Square, knotched or rounded corners.

The aluminimum is available in Gold, Silver, Bronze or White.
